The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with a bakery, several small grocery shops, a Carrefour Express (5 minutes on foot), and multiple pizzerias and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The area is considered safe and well served by public transport, making car-free city access straightforward.
