HONORE SUITE CASAMANCE, Lyon

The property is right beside Lyon Perrache Train Station - metro line A, tram T1, and numerous bus routes are all within a few minutes' walk. The main pedestrian shopping district, restaurants, and the Old Town are roughly 15 minutes on foot or a quick metro ride. Key landmarks include the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière (3 km), Musée des Beaux-Arts (3 km), and Musée des Confluences (4 km). Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 27 km away and reachable by direct Rhônexpress tram from Perrache. For car travel, parking options are nearby but expensive, so public transport is the most practical way to explore. Several restaurants, bars, and a brasserie are directly at the foot of the building.

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a seating area with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware - practical for self-catering. Extra details include soundproofed walls, a dining table, an iron, free toiletries, and a parquet floor. A portable air-conditioning unit is provided (essential during hot spells) alongside electric blackout shutters that keep the room dark for sleeping. The bathroom is functional and clean, though may feel slightly dated. The décor is thoughtfully styled with a calm colour scheme, and a sofa bed is available for a third person. The sofa bed itself can be somewhat firm, so it's best suited for children or short stays rather than a full adult sleeping option. The apartment faces east, letting in plenty of morning light and offering a distant view of the Alps on clear days.
