HOSTAL CASA DEL BUEN VIAJE, Seville

Accommodation options include single, twin/double, and triple rooms. Some rooms offer a terrace with city or inner courtyard views, while others have a seating area and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Room condition can vary: some may feel small, basic, or show signs of ageing, and certain ground-floor rooms near the entrance may experience noise from the foyer or street. The decor is charming and authentic, but a few rooms have reported issues with dampness, smell, or cleanliness. Pillows and mattresses in some rooms are described as uncomfortable. For the best experience, request a room on an upper floor or one that faces the inner patio. The lift provides access to all floors.

Many dining options are located close by, including Almazen Cafe Sevilla, Llanete, Vineria San Telmo, Antiguas Piletas, Manducare, Becerrita, Horno La Parra Buenabuelo, and Albaceria Puerta Carmona, all within 0.3-0.5 km. A delicious bakery is also nearby for a quick morning meal. Guests can prepare hot drinks in their room using the provided electric kettle. For those who prefer to self-cater, grocery deliveries can be arranged.

The sun terrace and solarium provide a space to unwind, though access to the rooftop area may occasionally be limited or locked. The sun loungers and umbrellas are available for use. Beyond these facilities, the hotel's location in a historic building with charming patios offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, and the surrounding area is filled with attractions and dining for leisure activities.

The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout, though its reliability can vary by room. A lift serves all floors, and daily housekeeping is included. The 24-hour security features CCTV, smoke alarms, and key access. Additional services include luggage storage (potentially at an extra cost), concierge service, tour desk, and private check-in/out. Business facilities include free fax/photocopying. A trouser press is available. The hotel is non-smoking throughout and provides family rooms. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). The check-in process can sometimes be self-serve, but staff are available via phone or WhatsApp and are known to be friendly and helpful when reached.
