The immediate area has an active nightlife scene, so rooms facing the street can be noisy at night; interior rooms offer more quiet. Central Madrid is easily walkable, making car use unnecessary.

Rooms are available in exterior or interior configurations. Exterior rooms often have a small balcony and a fridge, but can be noisy from the street. Some rooms have been renovated with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The standard rooms are basic and may feel compact; larger or superior rooms offer more space and a modern finish. Air conditioning is individually controlled in some rooms but centrally managed in others, which can limit cooling.
