Each private room is air-conditioned and includes a TV, refrigerator, safe, and an en-suite bathroom. Some rooms feature a balcony. The building has a lift and is centrally heated. Room quality varies significantly by location: interior-facing rooms are quieter and darker, while street-facing rooms offer natural light but can be noisy from traffic and late-night activity on the main boulevard. Some rooms have windows opening onto an inner courtyard or an internal ventilation shaft, which can result in limited daylight. Room sizes range from compact to more spacious, and some have undergone renovation with upgraded bathrooms. Bedding and towels are changed daily, and the room is cleaned daily. The general furnishing style is older and basic, which aligns with the property's price category. Some rooms have a kettle; all include electric shutters and soundproofing that is limited in older parts of the building.

The property offers a free-use hot tub/jacuzzi for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. No additional wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, pool, or sauna are present on site. The hot tub is available for guest use, though no specific opening hours are provided.
