This 19th-century building is located in a peaceful square, right next to the Museum of Fine Arts. Seville's main landmarks-including the Cathedral, Giralda, and La Maestranza bullring-are within a 10- to 15-minute walk. The historic Santa Cruz neighbourhood and the city centre are easily reached on foot. The Plaza de Armas bus station (400 metres away) provides direct buses to the airport, and the property also arranges guided tours of the historic centre. Several cafés, restaurants, and shops are within a short walk, making the location practical for most visitors.

All rooms come with air conditioning (hot/cold), a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. An iron is available at reception. Room sizes vary significantly: while some units are described as spacious and well-equipped, others may feel very compact-especially for opening a suitcase. Road-facing or lower-ground rooms can be affected by street noise, particularly at weekends. Some rooms face an internal courtyard or air shaft, which may limit natural light. A few units report humidity and occasional mould concerns; requesting a room with windows to the street and on a higher floor can improve comfort. The property has a lift, and daily housekeeping is provided.

Hostal Hom Museo does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Hot drinks (coffee and tea) can be bought at reception. For meal preparation, the rooftop terrace has a basic communal kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and fridge. No sink, cooktop, or extensive cooking utensils are provided. Several cafés and restaurants serving local cuisine are a short walk away, making it easy to find a meal without planning ahead.

The rooftop terrace offers a seating area and a wet zone featuring a small saltwater plunge pool (5 m2 and about 25-30 cm deep) with a shower and sun loungers. The pool is best used for cooling off or a quick dip rather than swimming. It is open seasonally, typically from late May or June through September, depending on weather. There is no spa, gym, or wellness centre on-site. The terrace also provides a pleasant spot to relax in the city's climate.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage (before check-in and after check-out), concierge services, tour desk, and private check-in/out. A paid airport shuttle service runs around the clock (€40 each way). Public parking is available at the nearby Saba Plaza de Armas car park (discounted to €19-€22 per night; no reservation possible). There is no lift access to the rooftop terrace (split staircase from the second floor). Daily housekeeping is included. Fax/photocopying is available at no charge.
