A Carrefour supermarket is nearby for supplies. Plaza de España is about 15 minutes on foot. Santa Justa train station is also walkable (approx. 20 min). The lack of pavement directly outside the hotel entrance can feel tight, but the area is pedestrian-friendly once you step away.

The hotel offers a paid breakfast buffet served from 07:30 to 10:30. The 10 EUR price (when available on-site) is considered good value for a basic continental spread including bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fresh orange juice and gluten-free options. However, the breakfast room is small and can feel cramped, and replenishment can be slow during peak times. There is no restaurant or bar; however, a free self-service coffee and tea station with pastries operates from 11:30 to 22:00 in the lobby area. A wide selection of tapas bars, bakeries (including a bakery 2 min away), and cafés are within a 2-5 minute walk for other meals.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool or spa. Leisure facilities are limited to the charming Andalusian tile patio with comfortable seating, where the free coffee and tea station is located.
