The hotel sits on a narrow, busy street directly in Seville's historic centre. Most major landmarks - including the Cathedral (650 m), the Alcázar and the Giralda - are within a 10-minute walk, as are numerous tapas bars, cafés and restaurants. A Carrefour supermarket is nearby for supplies. Plaza de España is about 15 minutes on foot. Santa Justa train station is also walkable (approx. 20 min). The lack of pavement directly outside the hotel entrance can feel tight, but the area is pedestrian-friendly once you step away.

Accommodation ranges from compact rooms suitable for short stays to larger, more spacious options. Some rooms include a terrace, but none have a balcony. All rooms have a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a bidet. Rooms on the street side can be very noisy due to traffic and footfall - especially lower-floor rooms - while rooms facing the inner courtyard (e.g., rooms 210 and 211) are quieter. Certain ground-floor rooms (e.g., rooms 6 and 7) may be darker, with limited natural light and potential humidity. Some room doors have a gap underneath, letting corridor light in at night. Air conditioning is standard; some units operate on a central system, so the temperature may be controlled from reception. Beds are generally comfortable, though a few reports mention older mattresses. Thin walls mean neighbouring room noise can carry, particularly in the evening.

The hotel offers a paid breakfast buffet served from 07:30 to 10:30. The 10 EUR price (when available on-site) is considered good value for a basic continental spread including bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fresh orange juice and gluten-free options. However, the breakfast room is small and can feel cramped, and replenishment can be slow during peak times.
