The hotel occupies a pedestrian street in the historic Santa Cruz district, just steps from Murillo Gardens. The area is traffic-free and quiet, yet the cathedral and Alcázar are a short walk away, making it a strong base for exploring the city on foot. Plaza de España is about a 15-minute walk. The airport bus stops at Prado de San Sebastian (15-minute walk), and the EA shuttle from the airport costs €4 per person. Santa Justa train station is roughly a 20-minute walk. Several tapas bars, restaurants and shops are within a 1- to 2-minute stroll. The location works well for car-free travel.

Accommodation includes single, double and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Some double rooms offer a large double bed and the triple room has two single beds plus a sofa bed. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, electric kettles, and free WiFi. Rooms open onto the interior courtyard or the back of the building. Decor is typical of the 18th-century building - practical rather than modern. Some rooms are compact, particularly the singles on the ground floor opposite reception. This layout can mean higher noise levels from the lobby and breakfast area. Certain rooms have a terrace or garden furniture, but no rooms feature a balcony. For a quieter stay, consider a room away from the lobby and breakfast area.
