The property sits on a quiet side street in the vibrant Chueca district, known for its inclusive atmosphere and lively dining and nightlife scene. Gran Vía, Madrid's main shopping and entertainment avenue, is 110 metres away. Historic Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are within a 10-minute walk. The Gran Vía metro station (lines 1 and 5) provides direct connections across the city. Madrid-Barajas Airport is reachable by metro in about an hour or by bus from Cibeles square (20-40 minutes, €5). No airport shuttle is provided. Despite the central location, the side street offers a surprisingly calm environment, and a supermarket is next door for everyday needs.

The single room is compact but functional, with a desk, plenty of wall shelving, a balcony, and city views. The double room offers a tiled floor, a balcony, and city views. Twin rooms come in two types: one with a balcony and city views, and one with a patio and an inner courtyard view. Both twin rooms have two separate beds and a desk. Some rooms feature two balconies. Parquet flooring is present in some twin rooms. Bedding uses a blanket and sheets rather than a duvet. Air conditioning includes a fan setting that provides white noise to mask street sounds. The private bathrooms feature showers with consistent water pressure. Free toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer (on request) are provided. Windows can be opened for fresh air and natural light. Rooms are maintained to a good standard of cleanliness.
