The apartment sits on a street just off the cathedral square, a 2-minute walk to the Real Alcázar and a 700-metre stroll through Barrio Santa Cruz. Plaza de España is 2 km away, reachable on foot in 20 minutes. Seville's main tapas and restaurant district is immediately outside, with Ovejas Negras and Cerveceria Giralda among dozens of options within 500 metres. The area is pedestrianised and not accessible by car; the nearest parking is at Cano y Cueto, about 8-10 minutes' walk. Santa Justa train station is 15 minutes on foot, and Seville Airport is 11 km away. The street itself is fairly quiet, though early-morning bin collection from nearby restaurants can create noise on the ground-floor side.

The apartments range from one-bedroom (sleeps 4) to two-bedroom (sleeps 6), with the larger units offering two bathrooms in some configurations. All feature a separate living room, a dining table, sofa bed, and a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A washing machine is provided in each apartment, along with an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker. Beds are comfortable, and the sofa bed is reported as particularly supportive. Some apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, while others (notably the penthouse) have high-set windows that limit seated views. The building has a lift and soundproofed rooms, but internal noise from neighbouring apartments and the lift can be noticeable in certain units. Room 12 is a wheelchair-adapted unit with a roll-in shower; water may spread across the bathroom floor after use. Some lower apartments face a street where restaurant bins are stored, which can produce odours, and early-morning bin collection noise may affect light sleepers in those rooms.

The breakfast box includes juice, fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, and a sandwich (sweet or savoury). It is placed outside the door in the morning. For longer stays, the offering can feel repetitive; the apartment's fully equipped kitchen provides a practical alternative for self-prepared meals. Dozens of tapas bars and restaurants - including Osteria L'Oca Giuliva, Los Seises, and Ovejas Negras - are within a 3- to 5-minute walk. The dining area in each apartment seats at least four, though larger groups may need to use the sofa bed as an extra seat.

The highlight is the 4th-floor sun terrace, open to all apartments, offering panoramic views of the Giralda and Seville Cathedral. Guests find it an excellent spot for evening drinks or a quiet break. There is no pool, spa, or fitness room. The tour desk can arrange walking tours, flamenco shows, and other local activities within the historic centre.

Wi-Fi is free in all apartments and reported as reliable for remote work. The 24-hour reception handles check-in, concierge requests, and tour bookings.
