The metro operates until 1:00 a.m., making late returns practical. The area is well served by buses and is within walking distance of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the shopping options at El Corte Inglés. Gran Via and El Retiro Park are a short metro ride away. The immediate surroundings are lively at night on weekends. The hostel is set back from the main street, which some find initially hard to locate, but the entrance is secure and clearly signposted once you reach the building.

All accommodations are within a single, large ground-floor space that has been converted from a commercial unit. Private rooms are compact, windowless cubicles with thin walls that provide visual but not acoustic privacy. Dormitory beds are arranged on three-tier bunk frames; each bunk has a privacy curtain, a personal reading light, and USB-A/USB-C charging points. Triple-tier bunks can be inconvenient to access. The entire space has no natural light or windows, and relies on mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. Motion-activated sensor lights illuminate the corridors at night. Road noise from a nearby bar/disco can sometimes be heard. Earplugs are provided at reception. All rooms are non-smoking and feature heating and parquet floors.

The hostel does not have a kitchen, restaurant, or breakfast service. For paid hot drinks, reception offers a capsule coffee machine and hot water at €1 each. A free bottled water dispenser is available in the common area.
