SLOW SUITES LUCHANA, Madrid

The property sits in the Chamberí neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from a wide range of both traditional and modern bars and restaurants. Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are each less than 15 minutes away by metro. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 12 km away. The immediate area also offers several supermarkets, cafés, and a cinema, making daily errands straightforward. The quiet streets around the building provide a calm base despite the central location. Multiple metro lines and bus routes are within a short walk, so a car is unnecessary for most trips; for those arriving by car, paid parking is available at Olivide Square (5-minute walk).

The bright apartments range from studios to spacious four-bedroom layouts. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer; larger categories (e.g., Deluxe) offer a second bathroom and extra living space. Kitchens come with a dishwasher, washing machine (also functions as a dryer), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Floor plans vary: some apartments feature a balcony, while interior-facing units look onto an inner courtyard. Air conditioning and heating are controllable inside the apartment. Beds are standard Spanish double size (150x190 cm). Some studio or one-bedroom units are compact and may have limited natural light; front-facing apartments generally receive more sunlight and are brighter. Those seeking maximum space are advised to book a two-bedroom or larger category.

The apartments include a full kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and cutlery. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, olive oil, salt, and washing-up items are often provided as a welcome gesture. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. The surrounding neighbourhood has a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés within a short walk, including options such as Nabuco, Restaurante La Despensa, and Cake Room, all within 0.3-0.5 km. Several supermarkets are also nearby for self-catering supplies.
