HOSTEL OASIS, Madrid

The hostel is well-connected by public transport, with the nearest metro station a 7-10 minute walk away for connections to Madrid's central railway hub (Atocha) and airport. Major landmarks such as Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and Mercado San Miguel are about 5-6 km away, requiring a metro ride or a longer walk. This is a residential neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafés, and a Burger King within 0.5 km, making it handy for basic errands. There is no parking on site, so driving is not practical; arriving by metro is the most convenient option. For a budget stay with easy metro access to the centre, the location serves well without being walkable to the main sights.

There is no on-site dining, restaurant, or bar, and breakfast is not included or available for purchase. Guests have access to a small shared kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, along with basic cookware and kitchen utensils. However, there is no stove or oven, so hot meals must be prepared with the microwave only. Cutlery and crockery are provided but can run out. The kitchen area and dining table are shared and are part of the common lounge. For a more substantial meal, several restaurants and fast-food outlets are within 0.5 km walking distance, including Apolo Cafe & Restaurante and Cometapas. The absence of a proper kitchen or breakfast service means guests who do not plan to eat out will have very limited self-catering options.
