Many supermarkets and daily restaurants including Factoria Iberica and Pizzeria Arezzo are within a 5-minute walk; a bus stop on the corner offers an easy 15-minute ride to Sol/Plaza Mayor. Walking to the historic centre takes 25-30 minutes - mostly uphill - making public transport the more practical return option. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 19 km away, reachable by metro and bus in roughly 45 minutes. The area feels safe, well-lit and family-friendly, with a large playground directly outside the building.

Each apartment is newly furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, tea and coffee maker), a TV, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating. Layouts range from one-bedroom (sleeps 2) to three-bedroom units with two bathrooms (sleeps 4-6), making the property well suited for families or groups. The sofa bed in the living area is comfortable for children but may feel firmer for adults; those requiring a softer sleeping surface may prefer a bedroom with a traditional mattress. The apartments are located inside a secure apartment building with lift access. Blackout blinds and modern soundproofing ensure a quiet night. Balconies are standard; some ground-floor apartments offer a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

There is no restaurant or cafe within the apartment building, but the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, making self-catering straightforward. Several supermarkets and grocery stores are within a 2- to 5-minute walk, providing easy access to groceries and essentials. The surrounding area offers more than a dozen bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, including Spanish, Italian and grill options. Most apartments include a private balcony or terrace with seating, suitable for enjoying meals prepared in the apartment.

The apartment building features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool set in a garden courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor seating. A shared rooftop or ground-floor terrace with lounge furniture is also available for residents and guests. An on-site fitness centre is accessible to occupants. Note that the pool is only open from June onwards, and each apartment reservation receives a specific number of wristbands - these must be brought to the pool for entry. The complex is set in a quiet, gated neighbourhood with a large children's playground directly in front of the building, making it especially convenient for families with young children.

All apartments offer free Wi-Fi (available in rooms). Access is entirely digital: the smartphone app provides the key for entry and controls the electronic lock; you will not be met in person. Check-in and check-out are handled remotely. If issues arise, communication is via the booking platform's messaging system or a provided WhatsApp number - there is no on-site reception. A barber/beauty shop operates on the premises. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. Security includes CCTV in common areas. Luggage storage is available only before check-in, not after check-out - plan departure timing accordingly. Housekeeping supplies are provided at the start of the stay but not replenished daily.
