Plaza de Armas is 1 km from the apartment, and Triana Bridge is a 15-minute stroll. Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are a 30- to 40-minute walk, while Isla Mágica is 4 km. Seville Airport is 12 km away. The surrounding streets are filled with bars, restaurants and shops, with several lively plazas just steps away. Parking is possible at the nearby Albareda garage, a five-minute walk, but requires advance reservation.

The property offers three studio apartments on different floors. Each features a double bed (1.50 m width), air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and cookware. The attic (third-floor) apartment has a private balcony and terrace the only one with a full terrace. The other two apartments have small balconies. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartments are not large and are best suited for couples or solo travellers. The building has no lift, and stairs are narrow; the lower apartment requires one flight of stairs, while the upper apartments involve two or three flights.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and cookware, allowing for convenient meal preparation.
