A 24-hour eatery and a convenience store are directly below the hotel. The Kinex shopping mall is also a short walk away.

The hotel does not provide breakfast or an on-site restaurant. However, the surrounding Geylang area is famous for its food scene. Geylang Serai Village, a 5-minute walk away, offers authentic Malay food. Within 300 metres, you'll find Home of Seafood, Hjh Maimunah, and Nasi Padang. Haig Road Hawker Centre and the 24-hour food court on the hotel's ground floor provide affordable meals around the clock. Numerous halal-certified options are available. For variety, the Kinex shopping mall (5-minute walk) has a food court.

The hotel's outdoor pool is available year-round, operating from 07:00 to 21:00 daily, and is closed only during rainy weather. The pool is shallow (approximately 1m deep), suitable for cooling off rather than lap swimming. Sun loungers are provided around the pool deck. Note that pool towels are not supplied; guests need to use their bath towels. The pool area may show signs of wear but is generally clean and well-utilised.
