The surrounding streets are lined with shops and eateries open late, and the neighbourhood remains safe for walking at night.

Room types range from Basic (12 m²) and Classic (13 m²) to Family and Connecting rooms. Most rooms do not have a window unless specifically requested-only 1 out of 4 single rooms has one. The double rooms feature 1 queen or 1 single bed; connecting rooms consist of two Basic rooms with 2 queen beds. All bathrooms include a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries; no bathtubs are present. A minibar with complimentary drinks and snacks is restocked daily. Some rooms lack electrical sockets near the bed and have limited storage space. The air conditioning can be fixed at a low temperature, and noise insulation between rooms is minimal. Rooms are generally clean but the decor and carpets show signs of wear.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, the surrounding Kampong Glam and Bugis area offers dozens of eateries within 300 meters, including Positano Risto, Pho 4A, Singapore Zam Zam, and Hajah Maimunah Restaurant.
