HOTEL ADRIANO, Turin

The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street in a residential area with a renowned pizzeria right next door and a supermarket, several restaurants, and bars all within a short walk. Public transport stops are just a few minutes on foot, offering frequent services to the center (Piazza Castello, Porta Nuova) and the Turin football stadium. For those with a car, private undercover parking is available (€10/day with reservation), though the garage entrance is narrow. The location is particularly convenient for visitors to the Politecnico di Torino, which is reachable on foot. While the immediate surroundings are not tourist-heavy, the excellent transport connections make exploring central Turin straightforward.

Breakfast is served in a bright dining area and includes a good selection of sweet treats (brioche with choice of fillings, cakes, spreads) and savory items (meats, cheese). The barista-prepared coffee is a highlight, but during busy periods the single staff member may take time to serve all. The hotel has a bar and lounge, and room service can deliver breakfast in the room. There is no full restaurant on-site, but the property is immediately next to a highly recommended traditional pizzeria, with at least eight other eateries (including a roaster and trattoria) within a 3-minute walk. The area also offers a supermarket and a minimarket. For lunch and dinner, the hotel's front desk staff are eager to recommend local eateries, and the adjacent restaurant is especially noted for pizza.

Wellness and leisure facilities are minimal at the hotel itself. The shared lounge with a TV and the bar provide basic spaces for relaxation. However, the surrounding area offers multiple restaurants and bars, and the nearby tram/bus routes quickly connect to Turin's cultural attractions, parks, and stadium. The hotel is within walking distance of the Turin football stadium. For those seeking active leisure, the location provides easy access to the city's sights and green areas.

The front desk operates around the clock, handling express check-in/out and providing left-luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Wi-Fi is free in all areas and is reported to work reliably. Daily housekeeping is included and keeps the room clean. Additional paid services include laundry and fax/photocopying. The hotel has a lift, a barber/beauty shop, and a designated smoking area. Safety features include CCTV, security alarm, and a safe deposit box. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). The on-site parking garage is a strong asset for drivers, though it is compact and requires a reservation. The staff are multilingual and consistently described as very friendly and helpful, making the service experience a standout positive.
