The hotel is in a quiet, green setting on the banks of the River Po, 0.5 km from the Sassi tram stop. Tram line 15 takes you directly to the city centre in about 20 minutes. A 45-minute walk along the river also leads to central Turin. The Egyptian Museum is a 10-minute drive away, and the Basilica of Superga is 7 km from the property. The A5 motorway access is 10 km away. Several restaurants and a pastry shop are within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful and ideal for walks, but the area feels quiet after dark; having a car is recommended for returning late.

Rooms are spacious, soundproofed, and feature air conditioning, heating, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have parquet floors and a flat-screen TV. Windows can be small in some units, and rooms on the ground floor may face a wall rather than the garden. The entrance door may not be fully soundproof, so rooms near the reception can be less quiet. Bed types (double or twin) should be specified when booking. There are no rooms with a balcony.

The breakfast includes fresh fruit, pancakes, bacon, eggs, pastries, cold cuts, yoghurt, and fresh orange juice from a self-serve juicer. The breakfast room retains an older décor. Room service is available for breakfast and light meals.
