The hotel sits in a quiet, well-served neighbourhood with a supermarket, pharmacy, several cafés, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Standard rooms have modern, linear furnishings and carpeted or tiled floors, while Deluxe rooms are more spacious and carpet-free, some with a Jacuzzi. The Junior Suite features bamboo parquet flooring and a king-size bed. The two-level Suite on the top floor has a four-poster bed on one level and a second double bedroom upstairs, plus a bathtub and views of the Turin hills and the Mole Antonelliana. Air conditioning and soundproofing are standard, though road-facing rooms can be affected by traffic noise on warmer nights when windows are open. Some rooms have a balcony. Private bathrooms include a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries.

The breakfast buffet is served in a dedicated breakfast room and includes a range of hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate), freshly prepared croissants and brioches with various fillings, cakes, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, rusks, four fruit juices, and several cereal options. Dedicated celiac, diabetic, and vegan lines are available. Breakfast comes at an additional charge of 8 EUR per person. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but several well-rated restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, including Sicilian, pizza, and Italian options, plus a supermarket next door.

The hotel does not offer on-site wellness or leisure facilities. Guests looking for relaxation or fitness amenities will need to explore the surrounding city. The immediate area is quiet and walkable, and the metro provides easy access to Turin's cultural attractions, including the Lingotto exhibition centre, museums, and parks.
