Rooms feature parquet or carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV with Italian digital channels, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Twin rooms with two single beds are available but do not have air conditioning - only a fan is provided. The property feels dated in décor but is maintained clean. Rooms are compact, better suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time exploring. Road-facing rooms experience traffic noise, while interior-facing rooms are quieter. Soundproofing between rooms is limited. Heating is available, but ventilation can be poor; opening windows is sometimes necessary. A few rooms have a private external bathroom rather than en suite.

Hotel Adriatic does not operate a restaurant or offer breakfast. A coffee machine at the reception provides basic hot drinks. The surrounding Prati district offers many cafés, pasticcerie, and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk; several of them serve Italian breakfast options. For lunch and dinner, numerous local eateries are within 300 metres, including Ristorante Porta Castello and Mama Eat Street Food. Guests who prefer self-catering will find a Carrefour supermarket directly around the corner, open until 23:00. The terrace on the 4th floor is used by some guests for picnics or takeaway meals.
