The property sits on a busy main road in Trastevere, just 300 metres from Roma Trastevere Station - direct regional trains reach Fiumicino Airport in about 30 minutes. Tram 3 and 8 stops are within 100 metres, connecting to the Colosseum (20 minutes) and Piazza Venezia. The historic heart of Trastevere (Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere) is a 15-20 minute walk, and the Testaccio Market is just 7 minutes away. Supermarkets, cafés, pizzerias and a laundrette are all within a few minutes' walk. The area feels safe and lively, though the main road is busy - rooms facing the street can be subject to traffic noise at night.

The property is a converted apartment divided into private rooms. Each room is air-conditioned, has a private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer), and includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Some rooms have a balcony with city views or an inner courtyard view. Room sizes vary - several feel spacious, while others are compact. Sound insulation between rooms and from the street is minimal - conversations, TV, and plumbing noise from adjoining rooms are clearly audible. Road-facing rooms are significantly noisier at night. Bed comfort is variable; some have reported the mattresses and pillows to be hard or worn. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided. Floor-level dust and older furniture have been noted in some rooms.
