HOTEL LA FLORIDA, Seville

The hotel occupies a side street off a main boulevard, placing it within a 10-15 minute walk of all major Seville sights, including the Royal Alcázar and the cathedral. The Santa Justa train station is also a 15-minute walk. The EA airport bus stops at La Buhaira Av (Luis Montoto), a 2-minute walk from the door. The area is residential and safe, with a supermarket next door and numerous restaurants at 0.5 km. A public parking garage is 300 metres away. The quiet location ensures a solid night's sleep while keeping the tourist buzz close but not intrusive.

All rooms are air-conditioned and heated, with private bathrooms featuring walk-in showers (some with a lower sink and grab rails). Each room includes a flat-screen TV, trouser press, electric kettle, mini-bar, safe, and a work desk. Soundproofed windows and doors keep the rooms very quiet, even on the street side. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are especially calm and have no external view. Some rooms feature a balcony or patio; others have a window onto the courtyard. Closet space is generous. A fridge is provided. The overall feel is fresh, modern and spotlessly clean, with firm mattresses and quality linen. The fourth-floor terrace is shared.

Breakfast is a straightforward continental buffet featuring bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and drinks. It provides a convenient start for sightseeing but does not include hot cooked items. The surrounding streets have numerous cafés and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, offering a wider choice for other meals. A supermarket is located next door for snacks and drinks. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, but the third-floor terrace is available for guests to relax with their own drinks.

The hotel provides a shared terrace on the third floor where guests can sit and unwind. Walking tours can be arranged for an additional fee. There is no pool, gym, spa or other leisure facility on site.

WiFi is free throughout the property and well-regarded for speed and reliability. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra charge. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out, making it easy to explore without bags. The 24/7 reception (with self-check-in after 23:00) and concierge service can provide maps, dinner recommendations and tour desk assistance. Business guests can use the fax/photocopying service for a fee. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged. The hotel is wheelchair-accessible with a lift, and some rooms have adapted bathrooms (emergency cord, grab rails). Safety deposit boxes are free.
