HOTEL BOILEAU, Paris

The 16th arrondissement is an upscale, tree-lined area with a safe, calm atmosphere. Exelmans Metro provides direct service to central Paris, and Roland Garros is 1 km away (15-20 minutes on foot). Parc des Princes and the Bois de Boulogne are similarly close, making the hotel convenient for sports events. Trocadero and the Champs-Élysées are within easy reach. Numerous restaurants and shops line the surrounding streets, including Italian, Japanese, and French options within a 3-minute walk. For drivers, private parking is available 100 m away for €30 per day, reservation required.

Room sizes vary; some are compact while others are more spacious. Superior rooms feature air conditioning and are accessible by lift, with a 160x200 cm double bed and courtyard views. Comfort rooms are being equipped with air conditioning. The triple room contains one double and one single bed; for groups of four, two rooms are required. Some rooms have been renovated with modern bathrooms and decor, while others retain original furnishings. Windows are large, providing natural light. Soundproofing is variable: rooms facing the street or internal courtyard may pick up noise from neighbours or the street, particularly on lower floors. Courtyard-facing rooms tend to be quieter. All rooms come with a hairdryer, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe.

The hotel provides a range of practical amenities: express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and a 24-hour reception. A shared lounge/TV area and a sun terrace are available for relaxation. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra charge. Business services include fax/photocopying for a fee. The property is entirely non-smoking, with a designated outdoor smoking area. Security features include CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Pets are allowed with a €20 supplement. Parking is off-site (100 m) and costs €30 per day, reservation mandatory. Only superior rooms are accessible by lift; other rooms are reached via stairs.
