The hotel sits in a residential shopping street with a small fountain on a typical Parisian square. It is a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower (22 minutes on foot, 21 by transport). Montparnasse station is 1 km away (15 minutes on foot, 11 by transport). Metro lines 6 (Cambronne) and 12 (Vaugirard) are within a few minutes' walk, along with many bus routes. The Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is 2 km away (8 minutes by transport). The area is packed with bakeries, supermarkets, fruit shops, and restaurants, and is considered safe and family-oriented - a good base for exploring central sights while avoiding the busiest tourist zones.

All rooms feature double-glazed windows, reversible air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a kettle, and a bottle of still or sparkling water on arrival. The 13 m2 Comfort Shower rooms have a 140-cm double bed and a shower; two of these rooms are on the top floor with an Eiffel Tower view. The 16 m2 Superior Bath rooms have a 160-cm bed, a bathtub, and a view of the square. The 30 m2 Suite sleeps up to four with a 180-cm bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed, and is separate from the other rooms. Room sizes are compact - smaller than average for Paris - so the Superior Bath or Suite is recommended for those wanting more space. Some rooms show wear: dated carpet, cracked tiles, occasional humidity. Noise can carry between rooms and from the street, making a rear-facing or upper-floor room preferable for light sleepers. Daily housekeeping is provided.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge and includes fresh baguette (including gluten-free), pastries, organic eggs with a professional egg cooker, deli meats, cheese, cereals, Lavazza coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, yoghurt, butter, jam, honey and spread.
