HOTEL ALIZE, Cannes

The hotel is directly positioned between the railway station and the beach, a 5-minute walk from the sand and the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes. Everything in central Cannes is within a short, level walk: restaurants, bars, the casino, and the festival area. For airport connections, the station provides direct trains and the hotel offers a paid airport shuttle. Those arriving by car will find public parking nearby, though it costs €24 per day and cannot be reserved, so arriving early improves the chance of a space.

Breakfast is a continental buffet including bread, pastries, and hot drinks, served in a dedicated dining room. The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar or room service for other meals, but reception staff can give recommendations and the surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, cafés, and bars within a 1-minute walk. For quick snacks, a drinks vending machine is available on site.

There are no on-site leisure facilities. The beach on La Croisette is reachable on foot in around 5 minutes, providing the main leisure option. This makes the hotel primarily a practical base for exploring the city rather than a stay-in resort.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout, a 24-hour front desk, and free luggage storage, which is especially useful for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping is included and can refresh towels on request. An airport shuttle is available for an additional fee. Express check-in/check-out and a private check-in option help save time. The lift is narrow, so guests with larger or multiple suitcases may prefer a ground-floor request. Accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are available in the nearby public car park.
