Dozens of restaurants, tapas bars, and shops line the surrounding streets - including Museo del Jamón, Chocolatería Valor, and Takos Al Pastor. For airport access, the hotel organises a shuttle service (about €20 for two, 20 minutes). Because the street is pedestrian-only, taxis can drop off only at the nearest access point about 300 metres from the entrance.

Breakfast is available daily for €9 per person from 7:30 to 11:00, offering a buffet with breads, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee or tea. The dining room is a notable feature of the hotel - a large, elegantly furnished salon with period charm. After breakfast, the same space functions as a comfortable bar and lounge, open in the afternoon and evening.
