The hotel is on a quiet residential street in the Prati district, within easy walking distance of the Vatican (approx. 18 minutes), Castel Sant'Angelo, and Piazza del Popolo. Lepanto Metro Station (Line A) is 240 metres away, providing direct access to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Colosseum. The popular shopping street Cola di Rienzo (180 metres) and numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a short walk. A tram stop is also nearby for the Olympic stadium. The area is considered safe and quiet at night, yet well-connected for sightseeing.

All rooms are air-conditioned (regulated according to national rules and outside temperatures) and feature carpeted floors, wooden furniture, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and courtesy set, satellite flat-screen TV, a closet, and a safety deposit box. Some quadruple rooms have a balcony, based on availability. Standard rooms are generally described as clean and functional but basic; some are compact, and the decor can feel dated. Rooms away from the street tend to be quieter.
