Sound insulation between rooms and from the corridor is poor, meaning conversations and noise from adjacent rooms are easily heard. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic. Bed quality varies, with some finding mattresses comfortable and others reporting them as firm or with dips. Towels and linens are changed during daily housekeeping. Some rooms have a window with a view; requests for a quiet, upper-floor room are advisable.
