HOTEL JUAREZ, Mexico City

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian alley just off the main square, placing the Zócalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Tenochtitlan Ceremonial Center within a two-minute walk. The National Palace, Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia, and Museo de Arte Popular are all reachable on foot. Benito Juarez International Airport is 10 km away; taking a metro from Bellas Artes station or using a ride-hailing app is the most direct option. The location is ideal for walking tours, and the surrounding area has many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The alley itself can feel dark at night but has regular police patrols. For trips outside the center, the metro, tram, and bus stops are nearby.

The hotel has no pool, spa, sauna, gym, or other dedicated wellness or recreational facilities. The primary leisure offering is the immediate access to the Zócalo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace, the Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia, and the Museo de Arte Popular - all reachable on foot. An ice-skating rink is also available in the surrounding area. Guests who require gym, spa, or pool access should book a hotel with these facilities.

The 24-hour front desk can store luggage before check-in and after checkout at no charge; a 50 MXN fee for storage after checkout has been reported in some instances. There is no parking on site - the historic center has limited public parking options. The hotel does not allow pets and is entirely non-smoking. No air conditioning is available; rooms are provided with a fan. A safe is available in some rooms, and daily housekeeping is included. The hotel has a lift.
