Casa Agave is situated in a residential area of Little Havana, providing immediate access to the lively Calle Ocho strip - Ball & Chain, Old's Havana, and several other restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Miami International Airport is a 24-minute drive, and downtown Miami is easily reachable by car or Uber. Public transport stops are a short walk away on Flagler Avenue and 8th Street. The neighbourhood is a mix of homes and rentals; walking around during the day feels fine, but caution is advised at night. Free street parking is available but can be very limited, especially in the evening.

Each air-conditioned unit has a private entrance, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and cookware, plus a dining area. The bathroom is private but very compact - measuring barely enough for one person to turn around in the shower, and the toilet is positioned with very little legroom. Rooms are newly renovated and decorated in a modern style with parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a seating area. Some units face the garden and are quieter, while road-facing rooms can hear noise from the street. The bed is a comfortable queen or two twins in the two-bedroom suite, stored with fresh linens. Light sleepers may notice noise from adjacent rooms and early-morning roosters.

Casa Agave does not provide breakfast or an on-site restaurant. Each studio/suite features a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and cookware - suitable for preparing simple meals. Several popular eateries are within a 5-minute walk on Calle Ocho, including Ball & Chain, Old's Havana Cuban Bar & Cocina, and El Exquisito Restaurant. For those who prefer to dine in, the kitchenette is a practical option.

The outdoor area includes a well-maintained garden with outdoor furniture and a shaded seating area, popular for morning coffee or an evening drink. A swimming pool is available on the property, providing a private place to cool off. There is no gym, spa, or other wellness facilities on site.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge but must be requested - it is not automatic. Luggage storage is available for a few hours before check-in or after check-out, helping travellers explore the area without bags. All check-in is self-service using unique codes sent by the host, with CCTV and security alarms on site. There is no reception desk, no on-site staff, and no shuttle service to the airport or cruise port. The property is ground-floor only with no stairs, but no grab bars or dedicated accessibility features are present. Packages can be received, but the host is not responsible for losses.
