The Unter Sankt Veit U-Bahn station (U4 line) is a 10-minute walk away, placing Schönbrunn Palace and the Schönbrunn Zoo just two stops from the hotel. The neighbourhood is predominantly residential, with supermarkets, a few cafés and restaurants, and a playground within a few minutes' walk. For drivers, free street parking is available on weekends, and the hotel can provide a daily permit for weekday parking. The area is generally quiet during the night, though some noise from the street occasionally occurs after 22:30. A park-and-ride garage is also nearby for those who prefer a secure facility.

The hotel offers a range of accommodation from standard double rooms to family apartments with separate bedrooms and kitchenettes. Standard rooms are generally compact and include a kettle, but no fridge, air conditioning, or balcony. Rooms vary in interior condition: some have been refreshed with modern bathrooms and updated decor, while others retain older furniture and carpeted floors.
