HOTELL BROMMA, Stockholm

The hotel is situated in a quiet, primarily commercial district about 2 km from Bromma Stockholm Airport. Friends Arena is 5 km away, Drottningholm Palace 6 km, and Stockholm Central Station 9 km. The closest tram stop is a 3-5 minute walk, providing direct and reliable access to the city centre in roughly half an hour. A large shopping centre with two supermarkets, restaurants, and shops is 10-15 minutes on foot. Free off-site parking is available, making this location particularly convenient for travellers with a car. The area is also well-positioned for quick access to the airport and major highways. Some visitors note the neighbourhood feels industrial and less residential, and the immediate vicinity can feel deserted at night, so walking back after dark may feel less comfortable for solo travellers.

All rooms come with parquet floors, heating, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a dining area. Many rooms feature a private fridge, microwave, and a dressing room. Both private and shared bathroom configurations are available. The quadruple room has shared facilities, while the double and family rooms offer a washing machine and a shared bathroom with a bath or shower. Larger studios (sleeping up to 6) include a shared bathroom, washing machine, and dining area. Some rooms have no windows - these are the most budget-friendly option and are equipped with an electric fan. Beds are generally comfortable, with some triple bunks that can squeak. Rooms facing common areas may hear hallway noise from other floors. The decor is simple and functional with some artistic touches. The property was originally an office space, so the layout lacks a typical hotel atmosphere. Common bathrooms are cleaned multiple times a day.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant, bar, or provide breakfast. Instead, there is a well-equipped shared kitchen with utensils, appliances, and ample cooking equipment - though coffee mugs are limited in number. Each room has a private fridge and microwave, making it easy to store and prepare simple meals. A shopping centre with two supermarkets, several restaurants, and takeaway options is a 10-15 minute walk away. Several dining options including pizzerias, a brasserie, and a café are roughly 2 km from the hotel. If you arrive without food, plan a short trip to the nearby shops or eateries.

The hotel offers a range of functional facilities: free Wi-Fi throughout, a shared kitchen, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers free of charge, and a lift. Parking is free but unreservable at a nearby off-site location. Express check-in and check-out are available. Security is handled with key-card access, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. The property is wheelchair accessible and has facilities for disabled guests. Pets are allowed with a potential charge. Staff are noted for being responsive and helpful, and the check-in process is smooth once contact is made. Some visitors note that a message with access instructions is sent after calling; if you do not receive it, reach out directly. Housekeeping cleans common areas multiple times daily.

There are no dedicated wellness or leisure amenities such as a gym, spa, sauna, or pool. Recreation is limited to the shared living areas and the fully equipped shared kitchen. The nearest leisure option is a shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops a 10-15 minute walk away. For outdoor activities, the tram provides access to central Stockholm attractions. The hotel suits travellers who are out during the day and primarily need a clean, functional base for sleeping and basic needs.
