The hotel sits in a safe, quiet neighbourhood 8 km from central Stockholm. Bromma Airport is 2 km away, and Arlanda Airport is 39 km away - a taxi or rental car is the most direct option for Arlanda. The nearest tram station is a 6-minute walk, providing connections to the metro and central Stockholm in roughly 30 minutes. Friends Arena is 4 km away. The immediate area is mainly residential with few dining or shopping options; the nearest supermarket and most restaurants are a 2-stop tram ride away. On-site parking is available (by reservation, fee applies), but the tram is the most practical way to reach the city centre and attractions.

Rooms range from compact studios (around 15 m2) with a pull-down bed that folds into the wardrobe, to larger one-bedroom apartments and loft-style rooms with sloped ceilings and a separate sleeping area. All units have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and basic toiletries. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table and cookware - suitable for preparing simple meals. Heating is available, but there is no air conditioning and many rooms lack opening windows, which can make them feel warm in summer. Sound insulation between rooms is limited, so road-facing or ground-floor rooms may experience traffic noise or activity from the entrance and parking lot. Parquet floors, blackout curtains and a seating area with sofa or chairs are standard in most units. The overall style is functional and modern, though some furnishings may show wear.

The only dining option within the building is a vending machine serving drinks (coffee and cold beverages). No breakfast buffet or meal service is available. The room's fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware and utensils) allows guests to prepare their own meals. A starter kit of washing-up liquid is provided, but basic seasonings (salt, pepper, oil) are not. The nearest supermarket is a 2-stop tram ride away, and there are a handful of takeaway and restaurant options in the surrounding area. For daily meals, self-catering or shopping in advance is the most practical approach.
