Set in a restored 16th-century building, Hotel Le Isole places you within easy walking distance of Venice's main landmarks, including the Grand Canal. The Zaccaria Vaporetto (water bus) stop is a few steps from the hotel, providing direct routes to Venice Santa Lucia Train Station and Marco Polo Airport (via the Alilaguna waterbus). The breakfast is included in some rates or available at an additional charge of 15 EUR. Note that breakfast service ends promptly at 12:00. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but a bar is available and offers wine/champagne. Restaurants and cafés are within a very short walk for other meals. Wine/champagne is available for an additional charge.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to outdoor spaces. The hotel provides a garden, outdoor furniture, a sun terrace, and a shared lounge/TV area. The internal courtyard is a pleasant spot to enjoy the complimentary afternoon coffee, water, juice, and biscuits. After-hours complimentary cocktails (open bar) are offered from 17:00 to 19:00 in the courtyard. For more extensive leisure, the location allows easy access to all of Venice's cultural attractions, gondola rides, and walking tours.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and concierge service with knowledgeable local staff who can assist with tours and recommendations. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Luggage storage is complimentary, useful for early arrivals or late departures. The hotel has a lift. Additional services include room service, express check-in/check-out (free), and a paid shuttle service for airport transfers (drop-off and pick-up at additional charge).
