The Ducal Palace is 500 metres away, and the Rialto Bridge is about a 10-minute stroll. For airport transfers, take the Alilaguna blue line to San Marco stop, then walk 5 minutes. From the train station, it's a 30-40 minute walk or a short vaporetto ride (line 1 to San Marco Vallaresso, then 3 minutes on foot). The location is pedestrian-only, so driving is not practical; the nearest car park is Piazzale Roma, about a 15-minute walk or vaporetto trip.

Room types include double rooms, family rooms, and suites. Most rooms have private bathrooms, but two double rooms share a bathroom. The Economy Double Room has a private bathroom inside. The family room sleeps up to four with a double bed and two single beds, and can be divided into 4 single beds on request. All rooms come with air conditioning, a minibar, electric kettle, and soundproofed windows. Some rooms offer views of the city or a quiet street. The property has no rooms with a balcony.
