HOTEL LIBERO, Prague

Hotel Libero is situated in Smíchov, a practical neighbourhood with easy tram and metro connections (Anděl station). The city centre and main sights like Charles Bridge (4 km) are reachable in about 15-20 minutes by tram. Prague Castle is 3 km away. The area offers supermarkets, shopping at Nový Smíchov, and many restaurants. Vaclav Havel Airport is 13 km away, accessible by bus from Anděl in 20-30 minutes. The location suits travellers who prefer public transport or walking over driving.

The hotel offers single, double, twin, triple, quadruple, and family rooms, plus apartments with separate living and sleeping areas. All rooms have air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and private bathroom with bath. Family rooms sleep up to 4, apartments sleep 3-5. Rooms facing the street can experience tram noise, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Some rooms have carpets and older furnishings. The family apartments are well suited for longer stays, with kitchens featuring stovetops and refrigerators.

Breakfast is buffet-style with continental options: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and hot drinks. The dining room has limited seating (about 7 tables), so arriving early helps avoid queues. The selection is consistent day-to-day, with occasional hot items like omelettes. Room service is available. Several restaurants and cafés are a 3-5 minute walk away, offering cuisines from Italian to Czech. Guests wanting more variety can explore the nearby Nový Smíchov area.

The hotel offers bicycle rental (additional charge) for exploring Prague on two wheels. The surrounding area provides opportunities for boating and scuba diving, though these are not hotel-operated. No on-site pool, gym, or spa facilities are present. The property is a practical base for active city breaks rather than a leisure resort.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged (pickup and drop-off available). A lift serves all floors. Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. Safety deposit boxes are available. Daily housekeeping is provided. Express check-in/out and private check-in are offered. Business services include fax/photocopying. The property has CCTV, smoke alarms, and 24-hour security. ATM is on site. Car and bike hire are available (additional charge).
