From there you can reach the historic centre in about 12 minutes without changing lines. The Vltavská metro station (800 m) and Nádraží Holešovice train station (1 km) offer additional rail connections. The Exhibition Grounds are only 100 m away, and the vast Stromovka Park - ideal for jogging, hiking, or inline skating - is directly opposite. A supermarket is within a few minutes' walk, and a range of cafés and restaurants are 0.3-0.5 km away. Palladium shopping centre is 2 km by tram. The area is safe and well-lit, with public transport running late into the night.

Rooms vary in size; some are described as spacious, while others may feel compact. The building has a lift, though one attic room requires stairs. Breakfast is served in a basement dining room and includes a modest but sufficient selection of sweet and savoury items: bread, pastries, butter, jam, cheese, cold meats, cereal, yoghurt, boiled eggs, and coffee or juice. The menu does not vary from day to day and focuses on continental basics. There is no hot cooked option such as omelettes or sausages. The coffee is filter-style. For those who prefer a lighter or more varied start to the day, the surrounding streets offer several cafés and bakeries open from early morning. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but staff can recommend nearby eateries. There is no bar or room service, though drinks are available for purchase at reception.

The hotel's prime leisure asset is its proximity to Stromovka Park, a large green space with paths for running, cycling, and inline skating, as well as open lawns. The Exhibition Grounds next door host concerts, trade fairs and cultural events. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna or massage facilities. For more structured activity, the Letná Park and Beer Garden is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel's reception can arrange sightseeing tours. For concerts or sports at the nearby Fortuna Arena, the location is very convenient.
