The Exhibition Grounds are only 100 m away, and the vast Stromovka Park - ideal for jogging, hiking, or inline skating - is directly opposite. A supermarket is within a few minutes' walk, and a range of cafés and restaurants are 0.3-0.5 km away. Palladium shopping centre is 2 km by tram. The area is safe and well-lit, with public transport running late into the night.

For those who prefer a lighter or more varied start to the day, the surrounding streets offer several cafés and bakeries open from early morning. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but staff can recommend nearby eateries. There is no bar or room service, though drinks are available for purchase at reception.
