The central bus station ZOB is 10 minutes by bus M49. Within walking distance are Zoo station, the Memorial Church, KaDeWe, and dozens of restaurants around Savignyplatz and Kantstrasse. The A100 city motorway is easily reachable, though parking on site is not available. The neighbourhood feels safe and residential, despite being steps from the city's main shopping strip.

Many rooms have the shower inside the bedroom separated by a curtain, with the WC either private on the landing or shared. Some rooms have a vanity sink in the bedroom.
