The area is very quiet and well suited for relaxing after city sightseeing.

Room types include single rooms with balcony and city views, double rooms with tea/coffee maker and parquet floors, and apartments with a fully equipped kitchen (cookware, electric kettle, dining table). Some apartments feature a living room, kitchenette, and access to a small patio. Recently renovated bathrooms are modern and spacious, with good shower pressure and ample towel storage. The property is very quiet, and rooms are comfortably sized with good beds. Business room 23 must be booked directly with the hotel.

The Heurigen offers local wine, beer, and a kid-friendly buffet. Live accordion music creates a lively atmosphere later in the evening. Breakfast is a rich buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts, eggs, and espresso, available from the hotel for €15 per day. A separate bar and coffee shop are also on site. For other meals, several Italian and international restaurants are within a short walk.

While there is no dedicated spa or pool, the garden and terrace offer a peaceful setting to relax after a day of sightseeing. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling into the centre or walking in the nearby Lainzer Tiergarten nature reserve.
