Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood near Place de la Nation, the hotel offers excellent public transport links: Avron metro is 50 m away (Line 9, direct to Opéra Bastille in about 10 minutes) and Nation station is a 500 m walk, providing RER A and metro lines 1, 2, 6, and 9. Opéra Bastille is 3 km and Notre Dame Cathedral is 5 km away. Paris Orly Airport is 17 km away, reachable via RER B from Nation. The area is lively with many restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within 300 m. Evening street noise is limited as the partying stops late, and the atmosphere is calm. Street parking can be found nearby, though the hotel has no dedicated parking.

All rooms have been fully renovated with modern, tasteful decor, parquet floors, and soundproofed windows.
