GREEN HOTELS CONFORT PARIS 13 (ADULTS ONLY), Paris

The surrounding area is lively with numerous restaurants, cafés, boulangeries (within 0.5 km), a pharmacy, a cheese shop, a supermarket, and bus connections directly outside. The M14 line provides a direct route to Orly airport and central Paris in about 30-40 minutes by bus or metro. The RER C line offers direct access to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles. Accor Arena is 2 km away (around 25 minutes on foot). While convenient for metro and bus travel, the hotel is a bit further from the main tourist centre, requiring metro journeys of around 30-45 minutes to reach the Louvre or Notre-Dame. The property is on a quiet street, but rooms near the lift or on lower floors may pick up some noise.

A standard double room offers a private bathroom with either a spa bath or shower. The rooms are generally compact; some have been described as very small for two people, with limited luggage space. A few rooms on the ground floor and next to the lift have been noted for noise. Some higher-floor rooms with double-glazed windows are much quieter. The decor includes an environmental theme with animal photographs. Some rooms have a hot tub or sauna. All rooms have parquet flooring, an electric kettle, and free toiletries. The property has lifts, though occasional lift outages have been reported. Overall, rooms are practical and comfortable, with better value for short stays or for those spending most of the day outside.

Breakfast is a continental-style buffet typically including bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, fresh juice, and hot drinks. It is served in a dedicated breakfast room. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs 12 EUR per person. The hotel has a bar/lounge area, offers breakfast in the room, and has a coffee house on site. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are many dining options, boulangeries, and supermarkets within a short walk.

The fitness room is open from 07:00 to 22:00 and is designed for single use per session unless two guests share the same room. The sauna and locker rooms are also free. The equipment is basic; a few machines have been noted as needing maintenance, but it remains a functional option for a quick workout. Live sport events are broadcast free of charge, and bicycle rental is available at an additional cost.
