The hotel lies in a lively residential area with many restaurants, a supermarket, and shops within a short stroll. Metro line 1 (Porte de Vincennes station, 2 min) serves the Louvre, Marais, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, and La Défense. RER A at Nation (7 min) heads to Disneyland Paris in under 45 minutes. The Bois de Vincennes park and lake are a 10-minute walk away. Both CDG and Orly airports are about 45 minutes by public transport. The area is well served by buses (line 86 to Eiffel Tower) and is very walkable for daily needs, though a taxi or rideshare is advised for late-night arrivals due to limited late-night public transport.

Rooms are compact and decorated in neutral tones with patterned fabrics. Each has a flat-screen TV, safe, private bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a tea/coffee maker and soundproofed walls, though not all. Sound insulation is poor overall: noise from corridors, adjacent rooms, and stairs is common, so a courtyard-facing room is strongly recommended for light sleepers. Rooms are small - particularly the standard double - with limited storage. Some bathrooms are very compact and have no separate toilet door. The hotel has no air conditioning; a fan is provided. Heating is available. The quadruple room is two double beds separated by a wall with a connecting passage. A Day Use offer is available for guests in transit.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, cheese, sliced meat, yogurt, fruit, juice, and hot drinks. It is basic and the selection is limited; the breakfast room is small and can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. The hotel does not have a restaurant or dinner service. A coffee shop is on site for daytime drinks. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants - Vietnamese, Asian, and traditional French brasseries - within a 2-5 minute walk. For self-catering, a supermarket is within walking distance.

The Bois de Vincennes (1000 hectares) with its lake, floral park, and racecourse is a 10-minute walk away - ideal for jogging or relaxing outdoors. Bercy Park is also reachable by metro (line 14).
