HOTEL VILLAGRAN, Tijuana

The hotel sits in the heart of downtown, one block from the iconic Avenida Revolución and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs, pharmacies, and a grocery store. Las Americas Premium Outlets are 4 km away, and the Tijuana International Airport is 7 km from the property - easily reachable by taxi or rideshare. The location is walkable for most needs, though a car is helpful for longer trips. The surrounding area can be busy, but the building itself is secure and generally quiet enough for rest.

Rooms are basic but well-maintained and spotless, with tiled floors and modern fixtures. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, hot water, and complimentary soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, and the flat-screen smart TVs allow streaming (no cable). A ceiling fan is provided for cooling - air conditioning is not available. Room servicing includes daily bed-making and towel changes. The property features secure building access with a locked entry past reception. While the building's exterior is unassuming, the interior is clean, safe, and quiet overall. Some rooms have small balconies, and higher or street-facing rooms may let in more noise from the lively downtown area.

The 24-hour front desk offers a secure check-in process and can store luggage before check-in or after check-out, making it easy to explore the area without carrying bags. Free WiFi is available in all areas and is reliable for browsing and streaming. The property is non-smoking throughout, and all rooms feature electronic door locks. A free hot-water dispenser for tea is available in the lobby. There is no on-site parking, so travellers arriving by car should plan for nearby paid lots or street parking. The friendly and accommodating staff can assist with early check-in requests when availability allows.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or a breakfast service. A free hot-water dispenser for tea is available in the lobby, and individual toiletries including soap and shampoo are provided. The central location puts dozens of restaurants, taco shops, and bars within a 5-minute walk - including Los Panchos Taco Shop and Taqueria y birrieria Luz (0.5 km), Norte Brewing Company (0.5 km), and several more options on Avenida Revolución. A pharmacy and a grocery store (Soriana) are also right next door for snacks and drinks.
