The hotel is in a quiet airport-adjacent neighbourhood, roughly 10 minutes by car from downtown San Jose and close to major tech campuses. A light-rail station nearby provides direct access to Levi's Stadium for events. Several restaurants (including an authentic Italian restaurant) are within a short walk, though there are no shops or grocery stores immediately nearby. The area is safe for walking, and rideshare pickups are easy from the loading zone. The hotel's location makes it a convenient base for business trips or flights, but a car or ride-share is needed for most non-walking errands.

All suites offer air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Bedrooms are separated from the living area by soundproof walls, and rooms on upper floors are notably quiet. Some suites include pool views. Bathroom configurations vary: some have a full bathtub, others a walk-in shower; all include free toiletries and hairdryer. While rooms are generally clean and spacious, a few have shown minor wear such as carpet ageing. Beds are described as very comfortable. The sofa bed works well for families, and a crib/pack-and-play is available on request. Note that there is no kitchen in the room, and bathroom doors are sometimes clear glass, which may disturb others if the light is turned on at night.

Breakfast runs from 6:30am-9am on weekdays and 7am-9:30am on weekends, offering a broad selection including hot dishes, eggs, Greek yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit, and beverages. The outdoor heated pool is open daily 7am-10pm and includes sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is on the smaller side (max 14 guests), so may feel limited when busy. Towels are provided. The fitness centre is shared with the adjoining Residence Inn and is kept clean. For leisure, the property offers a games room, outdoor BBQ grill (available by request, one group at a time), and a picnic area with outdoor furniture. Hiking and cycling can be enjoyed in the surrounding area. There is no spa or hot tub on site.

The complimentary shuttle runs to SJC Airport from 5am-11pm; for pickup, call the hotel directly. Public parking is available on site for $15 per night, and the garage offers accessible parking. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. A 24-hour front desk handles express check-in/check-out and can arrange late check-out (latest 4pm for Bonvoy members).
