The hotel sits in a peaceful neighbourhood just a 15-minute walk from Prague Castle and the Břevnov Monastery. The Drinopol tram stop is roughly 200 metres downhill, but reaching the hotel entrance requires climbing about 79 steep steps from the stop - this is an important consideration for anyone with heavy luggage or limited mobility. An alternative is to use bus 191 from the airport to Rozynova, which provides a level 10-minute walk to the hotel. Tram line 22 runs every ten minutes and reaches Charles Bridge in about ten minutes and the Old Town in roughly 15. The airport is 12 km away, the main train station is about 30 minutes by public transport, and several pubs, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket are within a few minutes' walk on the main road.

The standard rooms are compact and simply furnished with older furniture and wall-to-wall carpeting. Each room includes a seating area, flat-screen satellite TV, a kettle, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The property has no air conditioning and the heating cannot be fully turned off in winter, which can make rooms uncomfortably warm even with the window open. Soundproofing between rooms is poor, so noise from the lift, hallway, and neighbouring rooms travels easily. A room away from the lift is preferable for light sleepers. The twin beds are actually two single mattresses placed together, which can slide apart during sleep. Rooms do not have a fridge or a balcony, and some do not have a wardrobe or drawer space for luggage. Daily housekeeping is available on request.

The breakfast buffet offers breads, pastries, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, sausages, and hot drinks. Extra items such as wine, champagne, and grocery deliveries are available at a surcharge. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site; the nearest dining options are within a 300-500 metre walk and include a pub, a pizzeria, and several cafés.
