HOUSE VILLA FIORELLI, Rome

House Villa Fiorelli is set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood in Rome. The nearest metro stations - Ponte Lungo (12 min walk) and Re di Roma (7-8 min walk) - connect directly to the historic centre and the Colosseum (4 km). Bus 85 stops nearby and takes you to central Rome in under 20 minutes. The Tuscolana train station provides a direct 30-minute link to the Vatican. The area is well served by restaurants, a bakery, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Parking options include off-site public parking at €6/day, blue-line street parking at €7/day (free on weekends), or a private garage at €15/day. Street parking is very limited and the neighbourhood can feel less secure at night.

Rooms vary in size and condition. Some are compact with basic furnishings, while others are more spacious with a kitchen area. All units have soundproofed walls, but insulation between rooms is limited; road-facing rooms may hear traffic. Air conditioning and heating units can be inconsistent in performance - check upon arrival. Bathrooms include a shower (some with 70x70 cm cabin) and hairdryer. Daily housekeeping is provided, though linen quality varies. The building's common areas are older, and some bathrooms have visible mold in shower grout or damaged mosquito nets.

The complimentary breakfast includes wrapped pastries, coffee pods, milk, and packaged yogurts left in your room or the common area. Special diet menus can be requested in advance. For a more substantial meal, the surrounding streets offer several restaurants (Pizzeria Sanremo, Osteria Romana La Foglietta) within a 3-minute walk. The room's dining table or kitchenette allows for self-catering if desired.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas, daily housekeeping, and luggage storage for early/late guests. Private check-in/out and express options are available, with clear self-check-in instructions provided. Airport transfers (pick-up and drop-off) are available for an extra fee; arrange in advance. A paid shuttle service is also offered. On-site safety features include 24-hour security, key access, and a free safety deposit box. Parking: off-site public parking €6/day (no reservation), blue-line on-street parking €7/day (free weekends), or private garage €15/day. Pets are allowed with applicable charges; pet baskets and bowls are provided. The property is non-smoking throughout, with allergy-free rooms on request.
