The apartment sits directly on Muelle Uno, placing you within a few steps of the marina, beach, and dozens of restaurants (Hard Rock Cafe, La Tagliatella, and many others are 0.5 km away). The historic city centre, including the Alcazaba and Cathedral, is a 10-15 minute walk. A large supermarket is 5 minutes on foot, and the shuttle to the airport stops nearby. On-foot access is excellent, but note that the building entrance is between a bar and a restaurant.

The units are newly renovated, clean, and well-furnished. Each has a comfortable bed, powerful shower, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, ironing facilities, and a TV. A starter pack with tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, oil, and dishwasher tablets is provided. One-bedroom apartments have a separate bedroom. The studio sleeps two and the one-bedroom apartment sleeps four. Note that the first-floor room is accessed via stairs with no lift. Road-facing and restaurant-adjacent rooms may experience street noise and late-night sounds from furniture moving and bin collection. Heavy construction drilling (building-wide renovation) has been occurring from 07:00-08:00 until 17:00, which affects quiet stay.

The apartment itself does not have a restaurant or bar, but the building is surrounded by choices: Hard Rock Cafe, La Tagliatella, El Sacromonte Tapas, and many others are just 0.5 km away. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils), and a large supermarket is 5 minutes from the door. A welcome pack includes coffee and tea to get started.

There is no pool, spa, or gym on the property. The beach La Malagueta is a 2-minute walk, and the marina promenade is directly outside. The historic centre (shopping, cafés, Pompidou Centre, Alcazaba) is 10-15 minutes on foot. The area is ideal for walking and running, and the shuttle to the airport stops nearby.

The property offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, air conditioning, and heating. Each unit has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Check-in is contactless using a digital code sent in advance; the key collection point is at an office 20 minutes away on foot (luggage can be left there on arrival or departure). Service availability is limited outside core hours - digital lock issues or other problems may not be resolved until 10:00 the next day. A €200 deposit is required before arrival.
