Taxi drivers often struggle to find the hotel; a fixed-price taxi from the city centre costs around 150-200 THB one way. The free hotel tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS runs on request and is a convenient alternative. Nearby, you will find 7-Eleven stores, Family Marts, and several street-food stalls, plus the Burmese Embassy is within walking distance.

The breakfast buffet runs until 10:30 and includes options such as pancakes, fresh fruit, and a mix of Thai and European hot dishes. The coffee tends to be strong and is served with powdered milk. Selection is basic rather than extensive, and hot items are not always replenished throughout the service. The hotel's own restaurant serves Thai food, which some have found tasty and clean, though pricing is considered high relative to the surrounding area. Several street-food stalls and cafés are within a short walk, and 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close by for snacks and drinks.

The rooftop pool offers views over Bangkok but is quite small and has only a few sun loungers. The area can appear neglected, with storage clutter visible at the back of the pool deck. The pool has reportedly been closed for construction or maintenance for extended periods - confirming current availability before booking is recommended. There is no fitness centre or spa on site.
