Taxi drivers often struggle to find the hotel; a fixed-price taxi from the city centre costs around 150-200 THB one way. The free hotel tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS runs on request and is a convenient alternative. Nearby, you will find 7-Eleven stores, Family Marts, and several street-food stalls, plus the Burmese Embassy is within walking distance.

Standard rooms are compact but functional, with parquet floors, tea and coffee facilities, an electric kettle, toiletries, bathrobes, and a personal safe. Triple rooms and twin/double rooms are available; some twin/double rooms have a hot tub. The air conditioning is effective but can be noisy, and road-facing rooms are affected by traffic noise. Room conditions vary - some are well-maintained while others feel worn, with stained curtains, older towels, and dated decor. Light sleepers may prefer to request a room on a higher floor away from the road. All rooms have tile or marble floors. The pool has reportedly been closed for construction or maintenance for extended periods - confirming current availability before booking is recommended. There is no fitness centre or spa on site.

Free Wi-Fi is advertised in all areas, but coverage in rooms can be slow or intermittent; the lobby offers the most reliable connection. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged through reception - confirm the cost and schedule in advance. The 24-hour front desk handles express check-in/out and concierge services.
