The hotel is situated in the prime 17th arrondissement, surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, and the daily Poncelet market. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées are within a 10-minute walk, while the Eiffel Tower is a 30-minute bus ride or 40-minute walk. Ternes metro station (line 2) is right around the corner, offering direct service to Gare du Nord in 26 minutes. The area is safe and walkable day and night, with supermarkets and cafés on the doorstep. Taxis and ride-sharing are also easy to find.

Room sizes range from cosy singles to apartment-style doubles with a separate living area. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, a desk, and free toiletries. Some rooms have the toilet located on the landing but reserved for private use; this is clearly indicated during booking. Upper floors are notably quieter despite the street-side location. Room types vary: classic doubles have private bathrooms; apartments feature a kitchenette with a sink and fridge (no stove). Rooms are functional and clean, best suited for travellers who plan to be out most of the day. Light sleepers may want to request a rear-facing or higher-floor room. No balcony is available.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar. Breakfast is a basic continental buffet with bread, pastries, jam, butter, cheese, yogurt, juice, and hot drinks. The breakfast setup is compact, using a small table in the lobby area. For a wider selection, the surrounding street is lined with bakeries, patisseries, cafés, and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk, making it easy to find a fuller morning meal or dine out for lunch and dinner.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym. All leisure options rely on the immediate neighbourhood: the nearby Poncelet market, historic squares, parks, and the many restaurants and shops on the doorstep provide ample opportunity for exploration without needing to travel far.
